العلاقة بين البداوة والحضارة في ضوء أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية

Abstract

ملخص ورد في القرآن والسنة أدلةٌ على ذمّ البداوة، والنهي عن سكناها، منها آيةٌ قرآنية فَهِم منها أكثر أهل التفسير أنّ الله تعالى جعل النبوة في أهل الحضر؛ فلم يبعث في أهل البدو نبيّا ولا رسولا. ومنذ بداية الدرس الحضاري، وظهورِ النظريات الفلسفية، والمذاهب الفكرية المتعلقة بتاريخ الحضارة وتطوّرها، والعلماءُ والباحثون يولون وافرَ عنايتهم بأسس الحضارة، وشروط نهضتها، وعوامل تقدّمها، ونحو ذلك، ومع ذلك فإنّه يصعب العثور على كلام واضح في بيان جانب مهمّ من العلاقة بين البداوة والحضارة؛ هو معرفة سببِ النهي عن سكنى البوادي، والأمرِ الذي فَضُلت به الحضارة على البداوة. لأجل ذلك كانت كتابة هذه الورقة. Abstract Nomadisme is disgraced by koran and Sunna, Including a Qur’anic verse, mostly understood that ALLAH has made prophethood in civilization; He never sent a prophet to nomadic-pastoral life-. Scietists and researchers have been very interested in the foundations, conditions and factors of civilization since the beginning of the emergence of philosophical theories and intellectual doctrines about its history and development. But eventually, it is hard to find a clear explanation around an important point in the relationship between nomadisme and civilization, why it is forbidden to live in nomadisme and what makes civilization better than nomadisme. This paper is written for this purpose.
