تعزيز الحقوق والحريات في ظل التعديل الدستوري 2020

Abstract

اشتغل البحث الذي بين أيدينا الموسوم بـ(تعزيز الحقوق والحريات في ظل التعديل الدستوري 2020) على تقفّي التعديلات مقارنة مع ما كانت عليه في سابق الدساتير وفق المنهج التحليلي والمنهج المقارن. ولأن تلك الحقوق الأساسية والحريات العامة كثيرة حتى أنه قد يستحيل حصرها، فقد ركّزنا على المعدلة منها والمستحدثة، كما تطرقنا إلى ضمانات وآليات حمايتها ونقلها من الصورة النظرية، إلى الصورة الواقعية.The search between our hands, entrusted with promoting rights and freedoms under the 2020 constitutional amendments, has been compared to its previous constitutions according to the descriptive analytical method. Because these rights and freedoms are so much that they may be impossible to have facused on the amendment and those who have focused the guarantees and mechanisms of protection and transfer of the theoretical image to real image .
