dc.description.abstractCet article se veut une analyse du manuel de français en contexte plurilingue burundais où le français occupe une place privilégiée. C’est à travers une série de questions en rapport avec l’enseignement du et/ou en français : Quel français enseigné ? Dans quel français enseigner ? Qui enseigne le français ? Qui apprend le français ? que cette étude tente d’apporter une réponse en interrogeant le paysage sociolinguistique burundais dans ses rapports avec le système éducatif du pays qui comporte, actuellement, quatre niveaux d’enseignement : la maternelle, le fondamental, le post-fondamental et l’université. This article is intended as an analysis of the French textbook in a plurilingual Burundian context where French occupies a privileged place. It is through a series of questions related to the teaching of/in French: Which French is taught? In which French to teach? Who teaches French? Who learns French? that this study tries to provide an answer by questioning the Burundian sociolinguistic landscape in its relationship with the country's education system, which currently comprises four levels of education: kindergarten, basic, postfundamental and university.en_US
