Abstract

إن المقاربة بالكفاءات منظومة تربویة اعتمدھا العالم الیوم ف دة 􀑧 لال م 􀑧 ة خ 􀑧 ؤولیة المدرس 􀑧 راف ومس 􀑧 ت إش 􀑧 تشمل كل العملیات التكوینیة التي یساھم فیھا التعلم تخ التعلیم . 2004 م إیمانا منھا بأن تغیرات العصر - واعتمدت الجزائر المقاربة بالكفاءات، سنة 2003 ي 􀑧 رعت ف 􀑧 ة، فش 􀑧 اكل المختلف 􀑧 ل المش 􀑧 ى ح 􀑧 درة عل 􀑧 م الق 􀑧 أصبحت تستلزم تكوین أفراد ذوي كفاءات لھ ي 􀑧 لامیة ف 􀑧 ة الإس 􀑧 ادة التربی 􀑧 ا م 􀑧 تطبیقھا و تعمیمھا على مختلف المناھج و المواد التعلمیة، و من بینھ ا 􀑧 ال، فم 􀑧 ر فع 􀑧 ال كعنص 􀑧 ى الاتص 􀑧 اد عل 􀑧 الطور الابتدائي، ، ولتحقیق المقاربة بالكفاءات یجب الاعتم دائي ؟ 􀑧􀑧 یم الابت 􀑧􀑧 لامیة للتعل 􀑧􀑧 ة الإس 􀑧􀑧 امج التربی 􀑧􀑧 ي برن 􀑧􀑧 اءات ف 􀑧􀑧 ة بالكف 􀑧􀑧 ق المقارب 􀑧􀑧 ي تحقی 􀑧􀑧 ال ف 􀑧􀑧 دور الاتص وانبثقت عنھا أربعة تساؤلات. ولتحقیق ھذا الھدف اعتمدت المنھج الوصفي التحلیلي واعتمدت أداة البحث وھي الاستبیان ، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالي: أن فعالیة الاتصال مفید إذا كان المعلم على درایة مسبقة بمھارات الاتصال بالآخرین. بتحقق الاتصال الفعال في المقاربة بالكفاءات عند توفر الوسائل الإیضاحیة. یتم توصیف الاتصال إذا اعتمد المعلم طرائق وأسالیب متنوعة في تحقیق المقاربة بالكفاءات في برنامج التربیة الإسلامیة. تواجھ المعلم والمتعلم صعوبات اتصالیة وتربویة أثناء توظیف الاتصال وأحیانا ما یواجھ ھذه الصعوبات لتحقیق المقاربة بالكفاءات في برنامج التربیة الإسلامیة. 4
