تمثلات الفاعلون التربويون لمشكلة تفعيل رأس المال البشري في المنظومة التربوية بالواقع الاقتصادي الأردني

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن تمثلات الفاعلين التربويين لمشكلة متطلبات تفعيل رأس المال البشري بالمنظومة التربوية بالواقع الاقتصادي الأردني، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من الفاعلين التربويين المشاركين بوضع استراتيجية تطوير التربية والتعليم الأردنية (2018-2022)، واستخدمنا العينة القصدية. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن تمثلات الفاعلين التربويين تؤكد أهمية توجه السياسة التعليمية نحو تنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي لتفعيل رأس المال البشري بالمنظومة التربوية بالواقع الاقتصادي الأردني وشملت وحدة الشراكة المجتمعية بنسبة(%74)، وحدة العلاقات الانسانية بنسبة(%21)، ثم قيم الانتماء بنسبة(%5)، في حين جاء دور التوجه بالسياسية التعليمية الأردنية نحو تنمية رأس المال النفسي يتسم بالضعف ويترجم ذلك نتائج فئة رأس المال النفسي وشملت وحدة الأمن النفسي بنسبة(%51) ووحد التوجيه الأخلاقي بنسبة(%32) ثم التوجيه الجمالي بتكرار بنسبة(%17)، ولعل ذلك ما يشير إلى وجود مشكلة حقيقية بتفعيل رأس المال البشري بالواقع الاقتصادي الأردني نتيجة ضعف التوجه نحو قيم الانتماء والبعد الجمالي والأخلاقي لهذا المورد الذي يضعف تنافسيته بالسوق العالمي. Abstract : This study aims to reveal educational actors’ representations of the human capital activation problem in the educational system in Jordan’s economic reality, using the analytical descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of the educational actors involved in the development of the Jordanian Education Development Strategy (2018-2022), where we adopted the intentional sample The results indicated that the representations of educational actors emphasize the importance of directing educational policy towards the development of social capital to give effect to the human capital of the educational system in Jordan’s economic reality, including the community partnership unit by (74%), the human relations unit by (21%), and affiliation values by (5%). While the role of directing the Jordanian educational policy towards the development of psychological capital was weak due to the results of the psychological capital category, including the psychological security unit by (51%),the ethical guidance unit by (32%), and then aesthetic guidance by (17%).This may indicate that there is a real problem with the activation of human capital in Jordanian economic reality as a result of a weak orientation towards the values of belonging and the aesthetic and ethical dimension of this resource, which weakens its competitiveness in the global market.
