Abstract
Abstract
This study aims to identify the most important material incentives, as well as the level of
loyalty of employees inside the factory, and on material incentives and its role in making the
organizational loyalty to the employees in the factory DELIBA. The problem can be
summarized in the following research question:
What relationship material incentives in organizational loyalty among DELIBA factory making
pipes for employees؟
The sub-hypotheses of this study are:
1. material incentives have impact on the acceptance of the factory and value targets.
2. material incentives have impact on the willingness of employees to make a great
effort in the factory.
3. material incentives have impact on the willingness of employees to stay in the factory
and defend it.
This research is based on a descriptive approach which is based on the study of the
relationship between the variables, the study population includes all DELIBA factory
employees for the pipeline, and study sample consisted of (30) factor.
Among the most important findings of her study:
- that organizational loyalty among respondents Average
- that material incentives have an impact on organizational loyalty among DELIBA
factory employees tubes.
- that the factory does not offer moral incentives to employees, but the Department
would provide transport service and that most of the employees said they are
sufficient.
- also it provides industrial security and working conditions are acceptable, and that
the factory is affected to leave the employees of the factory, especially in the
shipping sector (download) which features some difficulty, for the factory to try to
shed light on this problem, but the rest of the production lines Employees feel job
security and do not want to give up factory at this time.
