أحكام الضرورة في القرآن الكريم دراسة موضوعية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الموضوعية أحكام الضرورة في القران الكريم، وتكمن إشكالية هذه الدراسة فيما هي أهم المفاهيم والدلالات اللغوية والشرعية لمصطلح الضرورة في القران الكريم؟ وقد قسمناها إلى ثلاثة مباحث منها المبحث التمهيدي يتضمن المفهوم التفسير الموضوعي وألوانه وأهميته وخطواته، ثم انتقلنا إلى المبحث الأول وتندرج تحته الدراسة المصطلحية للفظة الضرورة في القران الكريم تتضمن المفاهيم اللغوية واشتقاقاتها والوجوه و النظائر والمعاني القريبة منها، أما في المبحث الثاني فقد تطرقنا إلى أحكام الضرورة في السور المدنية والمكية(سبب النزول، المناسبات الآيات، المعنى الإجمالي، الهدايات المستنبطة)، وذكر أهم المسائل المتعلقة بأحكام الضرورة وتطبيقها على الواقع المعاصر وتطرقنا إلى أهم قاعدتين لضرورة(قاعدة الضرورات تبيح المحظورات الضرورة تقدر بقدرها) فلما كان الدين الإسلامي أنه بني عل السهولة والرفق، ومن مقاصده اليسر ورفع الحرج ثم جاءت النصوص الشريعة الإسلامية الضرورات تبيح المحظورات وأن هذه القاعدة لها تطبيقاتها المعاصرة في مجال العبادات والمعاملات والأحوال الشخصية والذبائح.This objective study deals with the provisions of necessity in the Holy Qur’an, and the problem of this study lies in what are the most important linguistic and legal concepts and connotations of the term “necessity” in the Holy Qur’an? We have divided it into three sections, including the introductory topic, which includes the concept of objective interpretation, its colors, importance and steps. In the civil and Meccan surahs (the reason for revelation, occasions, verses, overall meaning, inferred gifts), he mentioned the most important issues related to the provisions of necessity and their application to contemporary reality, and we touched on the two most important rules of necessity (the rule of necessities permits prohibitions, necessity is estimated according to its value) when the Islamic religion was built on ease And kindness, and among its purposes is ease and relief of embarrassment. Then came the texts of Islamic Sharia, the necessities that allow the prohibitions, and that this rule has its contemporary applications in the field of worship, transactions, personal status and sacrifices
