الإحتراق النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة وعلاقته بالتوافق الزواجي

Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى عينة تكونت من 200 استاذة متزوجة وعاملة بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ولاية الوادي. وقد تمحورت الدراسة حول التساؤلات الآتية: 1- ما مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى الأستاذات المتزوجات؟ 2- ما مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات عينة الدراسة؟ 3- هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات عينة الدراسة؟ 4- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات اللواتي يعانين من احتراق نفسي باختلاف مدة الزواج؟ وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة صيغت الفرضيات الآتية: 1- تُعاني الأستاذات المتزوجات من مستوى احتراق نفسي مرتفع. 2- تعاني الأستاذات المتزوجات من توافق زواجي منخفض. 3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات المتزوجات. 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات اللواتي يعانين من احتراق نفسي باختلاف مدة الزواج. وقد تحدّدت الدراسة الحالية بالمنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من مجموعة من المتوسطات بولاية الوادي، وقد اعتمدت أداتين في جمع البيانات هي: أداة تقيس"" الاحتراق النفسي""، وأداة تقيس ""التوافق الزواجي""، وقد طبّقت الأدوات بعد دراسة خصائصها السيكومترية، والتأكّد من صلاحيتها للاستخدام على عينة الدراسة الأساسية. وكانت الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة مقتصرة على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لمعالجة الفرضيتين الأولى والثانية، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون بقياس الفرضية الثالثة، وتحليل التباين الأحادي لمعالجة الفرضية الأخيرة، إذ تمّ التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: - تعاني الأستاذات المتزوجات في ولاية الوادي من مستوى مرتفع من الاحتراق النفسي، على مستوى أبعاده الثلاث وهي: الإجهاد الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، تدني الإنجاز الشخصي. - تعاني الأستاذات المتزوجات في ولاية الوادي من مستوى منخفض من التوافق الزواجي على مستوى أبعاده الأربع وهي: الرضا بين الطرفين، الانسجام بين الطرفين، الإجماع بين الطرفين، التعبير عن العواطف. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات المتزوجات. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى الأستاذات اللواتي يعانين من احتراق نفسي باختلاف مدة الزواج. وقد تمّ تفسير نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة وبناء على الواقع المعاش، وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم بعض الاقتراحات الموجّهة للمهتمين بالميدان المهني.

"The current study aims at finding out the relationship between psychological combustion and marital compatibility among a sample of married female teachers working in middle education in the Wilayat of Wadi. The study focused on the following questions: 1 - What level of psychological combustion of married professors? 2 - What is the level of marital compatibility of female professors sample study? 3. Is there a statistically significant correlation between psychological combustion and marital compatibility among female professors? 4- Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of marital compatibility among female professors who suffer from psychological combustion according to the duration of marriage? To answer the questions of the study, the following hypotheses were formulated: 1. Married women suffer from a high level of psychological combustion. 2. Married women suffer from a low marriage consensus. 3 - There is a correlation between the inverse statistical function between the psychological combustion and marital compatibility of married professors. 4 - There are differences of statistical significance in the level of marital compatibility of female professors who suffer from the burning of psychological differences in the duration of marriage. The study was determined by a descriptive descriptive approach. The sample was selected in a simple random way from a group of averages in the Wilayat of the valley. Two tools were used in the data collection: a tool that measures ""psychological combustion"" and a tool that measures ""marital compatibility."" The tools were applied after studying their psychometric characteristics, And to be valid for use on the basic study sample. The statistical methods used were limited to the arithmetical averages and standard deviations for the treatment of the first and second hypotheses, the Pearson correlation coefficient by measuring the third hypothesis, and the analysis of the mono-variance to address the last hypothesis. The following results were obtained: - married women in the state of the valley suffer from a high level of psychological combustion, at the level of the three dimensions: emotional stress, sagging feelings, low personal achievement. - married women in the Wilayat of Wadi suffer from a low level of marital compatibility in its four dimensions: satisfaction between the parties, harmony between the parties, consensus between the parties, expression of emotions. - There is no inverse correlation between psychological combustion and marital compatibility of married female teachers. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of marital compatibility among female professors who suffer from psychological combustion according to the duration of marriage. The results of this study were explained in light of the results of some previous studies and based on the reality of the pension. The study concluded that some suggestions were made to those interested in the professional field."
