التصورات الاجتماعية للجماعة التربوية حول ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربية : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الفروق الموجودة بين التصورات الاجتماعية للجماعة التربوية حول ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي, كما تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة المتغير الأكثر تأثيرا على أفراد الجماعة التربوية (الجنس المهنة) وإلى تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي وقد افترضنا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية للجماعة التربوية حول موضوع التسرب المدرسي وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (80) فردا حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصديه ,وهذا بسبب معرفتنا لأفراد العينة وقد شملت عدة مؤسسات تربوية بولاية الوادي,باستخدام احد مقاييس الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس التسرب المدرسي, وتم جمع البيانات تم تحليلها بواسطة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بواسطة معاملات ارتباط نذكر منها سبرمان ,جتمان ....الخ وقد تم التوصل إلى: ـ عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في التصورات الاجتماعية للجماعة التربوية حول ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي. ـ عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في التصورات الاجتماعية للجماعة التربوية حول ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي باختلاف الجنس. ـ عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في التصورات الاجتماعية للجماعة التربوية حول ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي باختلاف المنهج أو الفئة. واستندا على النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين إن التسرب المدرسي له تأثير كبير على تصورات أفراد العينة.

Study summary: The current study aims to identify the difference between the social perceptions of the educational community on the subject of school dropout. Our study also aims to know the most influential variable on the members of the educational community (sex, profession). The educational community on the issue of school dropout, and the study was applied to a sample of (80) individuals, who were chosen in an intentional way, and this is because of our knowledge of the sample members, and it included several educational institutions in the state of El-Wadi, using the study measures represented in the school dropout scale, and the data was collected and analyzed by Appropriate statistical methods by means of correlation coefficients, including Spearman, Jetman....etc. It has been concluded: - There are no statistically significant differences between the social perceptions of the educational community on the subject of school dropout. - There are no statistically significant differences between the social perceptions of the educational community on the issue of school dropout according to gender. - There are no statistically significant differences between the social perceptions of the educational community on the subject of school dropouts, according to the school or class. Based on the results obtained, it was found that school dropout has a significant impact on the sample members.
