الحديث الفرد عند الإمام الترمذي من خلال كتابه العلل الصغير

Abstract

"الحمد لله رب العالمين وبعد. يقوم هذا البحث بدراسة الحديث الفرد عند الإمام الترمذي من خلال كتابه العلل الصغير. وقد انبنى من مقدم وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، حيث خصصنا المقدمة للتعريف بالموضوع وأهميته وأسباب اختياره، ثم قمنا في المبحث التمهيدي بتعريف الإمام الترمذي وكتابه العلل الصغير، والتعريف بالحديث وأقسامه، أما المبحث الأول فقد تعرفنا على الفرد عند أئمة الحديث وعند الإمام الترمذي خاصة، وأما المبحث الأخير فقد خصصناه للجانب التطبيقي لدراستنا. الفرد كمصطلح لم يستعمل عند المتقدمين ومنهم الإمام الترمذي، بل كانوا يستعملون الفعل المشتق مثل تفرد به فلان، تفرد به أهل بلد...خلاف المتأخرين عرفوا الفرد وجعلوا له حدا وإن لم تكن هذه التعريفات جامعة إلا القليل منها."Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. This research is a study of the Hadith's individual of Imam Tirmidhi through his book ""Elilel El saghir"". It is classified in to introduction, three chapters and conclusion. Clearly, the introduction includes topic definition snd its importance and chosing causes. However, the primary chapter defines the imam, and his book. Also, it includes Hadith definition and its divisions. Certainly, the first chapter deals about Individual's Hadith towards scientists and The imam in particular. Moreover, it includes relationship between individual's Hadith and Strange hadith.Unlike,. the final chapter is applied one .The individual as a term was not used by the forerunners, including Imam al-Tirmidhi, but rather they used the derivative verb, such as singling out so-and-so, singling out the people of a country... Unlike the later people, they knew the individual and set a limit for him, even though these definitions were only a few.
