Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الرس في المملكة العربية السعودية، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، كخبرة المعلم، ونوع التخصص والمرحلة التعليمية، وعدد الطلاب في القاعة التدريسية. واشتملت عينة الدراسة على 32 معلما، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الشاملة من المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الرس، خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي(2013- 2014). طبق مقياس للاحتراق النفسي من إعداد الباحث تضمن 22 فقرة. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معلمي التربية الخاصة في محافظة الرس يعانون من الاحتراق النفسي بمستوى متوسط. وأشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الخبرة التدريسية، والتخصص، والمرحلة الدراسية، وعدد الطلاب في الفصل. The study aimed to detect the level of burnout among special education teachers in AL Rass public
schools in Saudi Arabia, and its relationship with some demographic variables, as the teacher
expertise, and the type of specialty, and educational stage, and the number of students in the teaching
rooms. The study sample included 32 teachers, were selected using the comprehensive sampling from
the overall public schools in Al Rass, during the second semester of the academic year (2013-2014).
Burnout Inventory prepared by the researcher, comprised of 22 items, was implemented on the
sample.
Results of the study indicated that special education teachers in Al Rass suffer from an average
level of burnout. The study also showed to the absence of statistically significant differences due to the
variables of teaching expertise, specialty, educational stage, and the number of students in the
classroom
