Abstract
Résumé :
The current study aims to know the importance of information technology in the pedagogical adaptation of visually impaired students, at the Library of the Blind at the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar El Wadi, during the 2020/2021 school season. This was built by the two researchers after verifying its psychometric properties (honesty, and stability) on an exploratory sample of 15 visually impaired students.
After collecting and processing the data using a set of statistical methods, the study reached the following results:
- Information technology is important in the pedagogical adaptation of visually impaired students.
- The first hypothesis that the use of information technology is important in the pedagogical adaptation of visually impaired students is achieved.
- The second hypothesis that the speaking devices are important in the pedagogical adaptation of the visually impaired students.
- The third hypothesis that social communication applications are important in the pedagogical adaptation of visually impaired students is verified.
- The fourth hypothesis that there are obstacles in the use of information technology in the pedagogical adaptation of the visually impaired students is verified.
In light of the results, the researchers presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
