الأراء التفسيرية للامام ابن حزم في كتابه ( المحلي) كتاب الطهارة

Abstract

"في بحثنا هذا عرضنا في الجزء الأول منه ترجمة للعلّامة أبي محمد علي بن حزم, ذكرنا فيها بعض الجوانب من سيرته ومراحل تعلمه, وبيّنا ما تميز به من سعة علمه, إذ أنه يصنَّف من العلماء الموسوعيّين الذين لهم في كل علم سهم, بالإضافة لِما اشتُهر عنه من أراء فقهية. أما في الجزء الثاني وهو الجزء الرئيس من بحثنا, فتناولنا كل الآيات التي ذكرها الإمام ابن حزم في كتاب الطهارة, فعرضنا الآيات التي استدل بها ولم يفسّرها, وذكرنا المسائل التي وردت فيها, ثم عرضنا الآيات التي استدل بها وفسّرها, فذكرنا آراء بعض المفسّرين, وقارنا بينها وبين تفسير ابن حزم لها , وبيّنا أثر ذلك على رأيه وحكمه الفقهي في المسألة. وقد خلصنا إلى أن الإمام ابن حزم تميز بالأخذ بظاهر النصوص, وبوضوح العبارة والبعد عن التعقيد, وغلبة اعتماده في التفسير على المأثور, واسناد النصوص إلى اصحابها, والتزامه بالأمانة العلمية, ويبقى الإمام ابن حزم ميدانا خصبا للبحث في مجالات شتى. " ". In this research, we presented in the first part a translation of the sign of Abu Muhammad Ali ibn Hazm, in which we mentioned some aspects of his biography and the stages of his learning. From the views of jurisprudence. In the second part, which is the main part of our research, we have dealt with all the verses mentioned by Imam Ibn Hazm in the Book of Purification. We presented the verses which he quoted and did not explain. Than, mentioned the issues that were mentioned in them, and then we presented the verses that were quoted, and interpreted and compared it to the interpretation of Ibn Hazm, and the impact of that on his opinion and jurisprudence in the matter. We have concluded that Imam Ibn Hazm is distinguished by the appearance of the texts, the clarity of the words and the distance from the complexity, the predominance of its dependence on the interpretation of the adorable, and the attribution of the texts to its owners and its commitment to scientific honesty. Imam Ibn Hazm remains a fertile field for research in various fields.
