Abstract
The public office enjoysgreat importance as a result of the effective roleitplays in managing the public utility under the supervision of the public administration, whichis active in order to achieve the public interest.
The employeewithin the scope of his job maybesubject to disciplinary penalties stipulated in the law, amongwhichis the termination of his job services throughdismissal, as the public service lawgoverns the life of the job startingfrom the issuance of the decision to appoint the employeethrough the statement of hisrights and duties and ending in the areas thatresult in the termination of the functional association betweenhim and the administration. The dismissal of a public employee by the administration takestwo directions, one of whichis a disciplinarydismissalbased on disciplinaryerror, and the otheris an administrative dismissalbased on specific cases stipulated by law.
