رتب تشكل الهوية المهنية لدى التلاميذ المتأخرين دراسيا سنة رابعة متوسط

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن رتب الهوية المهنية لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط المتأخرين دراسيا. تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها (100) تلميذ وتلميذة من المتأخرين دراسيا للسنة الرابعة متوسط ببعض المتوسطات بولاية الوادي، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة الحصر الشامل، حيث طبقت عليهم الأدوات التالية: مقياس أزمة الهوية المهنية لآدمز(1986)، بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي، ثم تمت معالجة المعلومات إحصائيا باستعمال التكرارات والنسب المئوية، فتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -إن رتب تشكل الهوية المهنية لدى أفراد العينة تتوزع على النسب التالية: في رتبة تحقيق(34%)، رتبة تعليق (29%)، رتبة تشتت (21%)، رتبة انغلاق(16 %). Summary The aim of the study was to reveal the grades of the professional identity of the fourth year students who were late in school. The study was conducted on a sample of (100) students and students of the late matriculation for the fourth year average some averages in the Wilaya of Eleoud, They were selected in a comprehensive manner, where they were applied the following tools: the scale of the professional identity crisis of Adams (1986),Followed by the analytical descriptive method in its exploratory method, and then the information was processed statistically using repetitions and percentages, The study reached the following results: The rank of the professional identity of the sample is divided into the following percentages: In the rank of investigation (34%), rank suspension (29%), rank dispersion (21%), lockout rank (16%).
