دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي بلدية ورماس بالوادي، وفي هذا السياق تناولت الدراسة في شقها النظري تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وخصائصها أنواعها، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تطرقنا إلى أهمية الأداء الوظيفي وخصائصه والعوامل المؤثرة على أداء العاملين وكذا إجراءات تحسين مستوى الأداء، وفي شقها الميداني تناولت الدراسة معرفة آراء العمال حول دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين مستوى أدائهم داخل المؤسسة. واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ا الذي يعتبر المنهج الملائم لوصف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ودورها الكبير في تحسين مستوى أداء الموظفين داخل المؤسسات واستخدمنا عينة قوامها 40 مفردة من موظفي بلدية ورماس، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة في جمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج قمنا بتلخيصها في الآتي: - تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال المستخدمة في المؤسسة وفرت عليهم الكثير من الوقت والجهد والنفقات الكبيرة. - استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ساعد على تنظيم عمل المؤسسة ورفع الأداء العام للموظفين. - استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في رفع الأداء الوظيفي وتحسينه وزيادة فعاليته في تغيير طبيعة العمل داخل مؤسسة.

Résumé : انجليزية The study aims to identify the role of information and communication technology in improving the job performance of the employees of the municipality and Ramas in the valley. Performance, and in its field part, the study dealt with the knowledge of workers' opinions about the role of information and communication technology in improving their level of performance within the organization. In this study, we used the descriptive analytical approach, which is considered the appropriate approach to describe information and communication technology and its great role in improving the performance of employees within the institutions. We used a sample of 40 individuals from the municipality and Ramas employees. We also relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study reached a set of results that we summarized in the following: The information and communication technology used in the organization has saved them a lot of time, effort and huge expenses. - The use of information and communication technology helped to organize the work of the institution and raise the general performance of employees. - Using information and communication technology to raise and improve job performance and increase its effectiveness in changing the nature of work within an organization.
