Abstract

ا ا زل الخدمة العمومية في ل البلديا تسعى لترقي آليات ا وبالك اصبح الإدارة االكترونية تمثل العمود ال قري للمجتمعا المعاصرة وادارت ا المحلية و اضح ضرورة حتمية تلعل دو ا ر هاما في ترقية وتحسين الخدما العمومية المقدمة للمواطنين. حيث ت دف ها الد ا رسة للبحث في مختل جوانل ترقية وتحسين الخدما العمومية وتسليط الضوء على تحسين ع قة ادارة البلدية بالمواطن كفساس لترقية الخدمة المحلية من تفهيل للمو ف والعنصر البشري القام بتقديم الخدمة العمومية وتحديث لطر تقديم ها الخدما .The public service has become in the shadow of the municipalities seeking to upgrade its mechanisms, and thus the electronic administration has become the backbone of contemporary societies and its local administration, and it has become an inevitable necessity that plays an important role in the promotion and improvement of public services provided to citizens. Where this study aims to look at various aspects of upgrading and improving public services and highlighting the improvement of the municipal administration’s relationship with the citizen as a basis for upgrading the local service from qualifying the employee and the human element who provided the public service and modernizing the methods of providing these services.
