الأحاديث الواردة في العدل بين الأولاد - جمعا ودراسة

Abstract

نناقش في موضوعنا هذا العديد من المسائل المتعلقة بالعدل عامة والعدل بين الأولاد خاصة، ونعالج مجموعة من المباحث تكون بدايتها في المجال العاطفي في العدل بين الأولاد ونحدد مفاهيم لكل عنصر من العناصر، ومثال ذلك عندما نتعرض إلى العدل بين الأولاد: في الحوار، والإصغاء، والمداعبة وغيرها، وفي المباحث الأخرى نتكلم عن العدل بين الأولاد في المسائل المادية التي من بينها: العدل في النفقة، والهبة، والوصية، وغيرها. وفي جميع المباحث نقدم أدلة شرعية من الكتاب والسنة ويتم بذلك شرحها والتعليق عليها حتى تتم الفائدة منها وتتضح مقاصد الموضوع كله. وفي الأخير نقترح مجموعة من الأفكار ذات الصلة بالموضوع، كما نطرح بعض التوصيات التي تخدم البحث، ومن خلالها قد يتحقق الهدف الأسمى من معالجة مثل هذه المواضيع والمتمثل أساسا في ابراز أهمية العدل بين الأولاد، وخطورة نتائجه إذا تخلى الوالدين عن تنفيذ ذلك."In our research، we discuss various issues related to Justice in general and particularly; Justice between children. In some sections، we treat the Emotional side of justice among children and we define the concepts for that. In some topics of the study of justice among children we deal with dialogue، listening، caressing and so on. Equity among children in material matters، including alimony، donation، will and others. And in all chapters we present legal evidence from the Qur'an and the Sunnah that have been explained and commented on so that the benefit of it is fulfilled and the purposes of the whole topic are clear. Finally، we propose a set of ideas related to the topic، and we present some recommendations that serve the research and through it، the ultimate goal of addressing such issues may be achieved، which is mainly to highlight the importance of justice among children and the seriousness of its consequences if the parents abandon it
