واقع ترجمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات: قضايا واشكالات ترجمة الويب في الجزائر

Abstract

تطرح الترجمة العلمية مشكلات خاصة بها لا نجدها فأي مجال من مجالات الترجمة الأخرى، أما أمر الترجمة في حقل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فأعقد وأعسر، فهي تنطوي على مشكلات وقضايا ذات أبعاد لا يراها الدارس في غیرها من المیادین خصوصا ترجمة الويب، فهذا النوع من الترجمة يحتل حيزًا واضحًا في إطار ترجمة العلوم البحتة والتكنولوجية. من هنا يقف هذا البحث مسائلة عند قضايا واشكالات ترجمة الويب في الجزائر، بهدف التعرف على أهمية مواقع الويب والمکانة المتميزة التي تحتلها وتمثلها في الوقت الحالي بالنسبة للمؤسسات، واعطاء تصور عن مترجم الويب في الشركات الجزائرية، واقعه ومعطياته الحالية، وتبيان أهم القضايا والاشكالات التي تحوم حول عمله، بإعتباره عنصر جد حساس في مجتمع الرقمنة، وهذا لحجم المكاسب التي یحققها للشركات الواعية اليوم. تشكلت عينة الدراسة من فئة الشركات الاقتصادية خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر التي يشكل التعامل مع الاجانب والتصدير جوهر اهتمامها، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال انشاء استبانة لسبر آراء المصدرين الجزائريين حول موضوع اهتمامهم بتصميم وانشاء مواقع ويب لشركاتهم التصديرية ومعرفة معايير اختيارهم لمن يترجمها ويكيفها لثقافة ولغة البلد الذي يصدرون له منتجاتهم وكيف يسيرون عملية ترجمة وتكييف هاته المواقع. تــم اســتخدام بعض البرنامــج والأدوات الإحصائــية، لتحليــل بيانــات الاستبانة وآراء الفئة المبحوثة. خلص البحــث إلــى مجموعــة مــن النتائــج كان مــن أبرزهــا أن نسبة (80%) من شركات التصدير الجزائرية تهتم بإنشاء مواقع ويب لشركاتها، ولكنها لا تولى اهتمام بترجمة وتكييف هاته المواقع، حيث إن ما نسبته (73.3%) من هاته الشركات تعتمد على المهارات اللغوية لمصمم موقع الويب وحده دون اللجوء الى مترجم محترف أو مختص في ترجمة الويب. كما يوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بالترجمة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بخاصة منها تلك المتعلقة بترجمة الويب ورصد أهم إشكالاتها وقضاياها الترجمية، لمعرفة من هو اهل لترجمة الويب، وتحديد المناقب الواجب توفرها فیه، للتغلب على صعوبات ترجمة هذ النوع من الخطاب الرقمي بمزيد من التقصي والبحث العلمي؟ Abstract Scientific translation has its own problems and issues because science and technology have different meander and hang-ups and seem overwhelming to translate specifically translating the web. The impetus behind this research is to unveil not only the issues of web translation in Algeria but also to identify the importance of localized and translated websites for companies, with a focus on giving more general tips on the status quo of web translators in Algeria and to highlight the main issues they face since they can add a significant value to any e-commerce company. The sample consists of Algerian exporting companies with the exclusion of petroleum sector. for the purpose of collecting information, we used a survey and some statistical tools to accurately measure the opinions, experiences of these companies vis-à-vis creating websites for their companies and the varying details they include when they translate it for their clients and how they manage these localization projects.

Accordingly, the findings of the research showed that there is a significant interest among Algerian exporting companies to build websites., according to the poll (80%), are interested to create websites to introduce their products to foreign clients but only, this includes (73.3%) of the respondents stated they rely solely on the language skills of the website builder without having recourse to a professional web translator. The research suggests that it is deemed necessary to adequately benefit from the new technologies and learn how to use its techniques is a key to succeed in translating the web as a new genre. It is also necessary to implement further research on web translation as a strategy to help promote Algerian and Arabic digital content on the web.
