دور برامج التنمية المهنية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمي المدارس الحكومية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة معرفة دور برامج التنمية المهنية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لقصبة اربد من وجهة نظرهم. وتألفت العينة من (355) معلمة ومعلم وذلك خلال العام الدراسي (2021-2022)، استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي المسحي وطورت استبانة كأداة للدراسة تكونت من (28) فقرة توزعت على أربعة مجالات. وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لدور برامج التنمية المهنية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وإلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لأثر عدد الدورات التدريبية وجاءت الفروق لصالح (8 دورات فأكثر)، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً لدور برامج التنمية المهنية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي والجنس وسنوات الخبرة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين لتحسين مهاراتهم في مجال استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقويم . Abstract: The study aimed to identifying the role of professional development programs in improving the performance of public school teachers in Education Directorate of the Irbid District Brigade from their point of view. The sample consisted of (355) female and male teachers during the academic year (2021-2022). in which the descriptive survey method was used and a questionnaire was developed as a tool for the study. It consisted of (28) items distributed in four areas. The results concluded that the role of professional development programs in improving the performance of teachers was a high. There are statistically significant differences in the attributed to the impact of the training courses; the differences came in favor of the (8 or more courses). And there are no statistically significant differences for the role of professional development programs due to the effect of academic qualification, gender and years of experience. The study recommended necessity of holding training courses for teachers to improve their skills in the use of technology and assessment.
