dc.description.abstract | This study came to find out the role of the organizationalclimate in promotingcreativity in the organization, from the conclusion of a samplestudyfrom the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanitiesat the University of the Valley,and the problem of the researchwas as follows: does the organizationalclimate have a role in promotingcreativity in the organization The first hypothesis: leadership style affects creativity in the organization, the second hypothesis: communication encourages creativity in the organization, and the third: Participation in decision-makingincreases the level of creativity, and we have used the descriptive approach in studyingoursubject, and we have collected and analyzed the study data, in a periodthatlastedfrom April to May 2023, weused a simple randomsample, and included 30 people from a group of professors and workersat the College, where the information wascollected by a questionnaire, the axes of whichweredividedinto questions about personal information and other questions related to the studyhypotheses. The resultsalso show that the leadership style helpscreativity, that communication helps the flow of information in the work Center, and thatitseasyavailabilityensures the progress and completion of work in a timelymanner, and the process of participation in decision-makingplayed a role in motivatingemployees and raisingtheir morale, includingtheirsense of belonging to the institution in whichtheywork, and thisincreasestheir confidence and performance in work. Through the resultswe show that the studyhypotheses have been fulfilled. | en_US |
