Abstract

تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية عمل اداري مستحدث و جديد ظهر نتيجة الثورة و العصرنة في قطاع الاتصال و المعلومات، و يعد من اهم ا ليات تقديم خدمة عمومية ذات نوعية ، حيث تم التحول بفضل الإدارية الالكترونية من النمط الإداري التقليدي الى النمط الالكتروني ، و بالتالي يتم تحقيق جملة من الفوائد منها العمل بدون ورق و الحصول على خدمات بكل سهولة و مرونة و المساهمة في تحقيق مبدأ الحكم ال ا رشد و تجسيد الإدارة العمومية الالكترونية في صورتها العصرية الحديثة. و باعتبار قطاع التشغيل من القطاعات الحيوية و الحساسة في الدولة، فإنها اعطت أهمية بالغة من خلال تجسيد و تطبيق مشوع الإدارة الالكترونية داخل مؤسساتها ، ليتم تقديم خدمات ا رقية تتماشى و متطلبات جميع المتعاملين ، بل تعدى ذلك الى عصرنة هذا القطاع من خلال الوكالة المحلية للتشغيل و التي تعد الخلية الأساسية لتنفيذ الب ا رمج الخاصة بتسيير بملف التشغيل على المستوى المحلي فأستحدث أنظمة الكترونية حديثة و متطورة من خلال المنصات و البوابات الالكترونية من بينها وضع نظام " الوسيط " وهو نظام المعلوماتي الجديد يهدف الى تحقيق الشفافية في معالجة عروض العمل وضمان أكثر س رعة وفعالية على غ ا رر نظام التسجيل عن بعد و بذلك حققت الوكالة قفزة نوعية في مجال تجسيد المرفق العمومي المتطور في ظل الإدارة الالكترونية.Electronic management is considered a new and new administrative work that emerged as a result of the revolution and modernization in the communication and information sector, and it is considered one of the most important mechanisms of providing a quality public service, as the transformation of electronic administration took place from the traditional administrative style to the electronic one, and thus a number of The benefits include working without paper, obtaining services with ease and flexibility, and contributing to achieving the principle of good governance and embodying electronic public administration in its modern, modern image.
