تعقبات الشيخ طاهر الجزائري على المحدثين من خلال كتابه ( توجيه النظر الى اصول الأثر )-دراسة تحليلية نقدية

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث التعقبات الحديثية للعلامة طاهر الجزائري من خلال كتابه "توجيه النظر إلى أصول الأثر" على المحدثين، إذ يُعد هذا الكتاب موسوعة علمية ضخمة تناول فيه صاحبه مباحث حديثية وفقهية وتاريخية، إذ أنه جمع فيه كتب التفاسير واللغة والعلل، مما جعله أهم الكتب في مصطلح الحديث، وممّا تميز به أيضا وجود كمّ كبير من التعقبات على من سبقه من المحدثين سواء كان مخالفة أو موافقة لهم، فاجتهدنا في ذلك بدراسة كل تعقب مع المناقشة وبيان الصواب في ذلك، متبعين المنهج النقدي، وقد شملت هذه التعقبات جانب المصطلح وعلم الجرح والتعديل، إضافة إلى علم علل الحديث ونقده، إلى أن ختمنا الدراسة بخاتمة استنتجنا من خلالها أن أهم هذه التعقبات أغلبها لم تخرج عن منهج المحدثين، وإن كانت مخالفة لبعضهم، ووافقت البعض الآخر وأن الاختلاف الحاصل هو اختلاف تنوع لا تضاد.This research tackles the comments and feedbacks of the scholar Tahir Al-Jazairi through his book “Drawing attention to the authenticities of Hadith (Athar)”, hence the book is considered a huge scientific encyclopedia that the writer addressed Hadith, jurisprudential, historical approaches in which he collected the books of interpretations, language and ills in it, making it the most important book about the concept of Hadith (Athar). The book was distinguished by the amount of feedbacks and comments on the precedents Hadith narrators whether it was by agreeing or disagreeing. Thus, we dedicated our efforts to study every comment and feedback with discussing and identifying the right point by following the critical approach. This feedback included the term, biographical evaluation, the science of the ills of Hadith and its criticism. We concluded the study by deducing that the most feedbacks and comments are not unrelated to the Hadith (Athar) narrators even if it disagrees with them and agrees in some areas. Also the occurring difference is a difference of diversity and not a difference of opposition.
