Abstract

This study aimed at the efficiency of the Kida, Sherrod and Springate models to predict financial failure, in order to take the necessary steps to reduce the financial problems that may face economic institutions, based on the financial statements related to the Saidal Group, to calculate the financial ratios used in the models, and the analysis was carried out for the period between (2017-2020). The study concluded that the Kida model showed that the Saidal Group is at risk of financial failure, because the achieved Z values are negative for the study period, and the Sherrod model showed the difficulty of predicting the financial failure of the Group, because the Z values obtained in the critical area are difficult to judge, between20≥Z ≥5, and the Z values of the Springate model during the study period appeared less than 0.862, this means that the Group is prone to financial failure
