| dc.description.abstract | يتّفق النّحويّون العرب على وجود أصول عامّة يُرجع إليها في عمليّة الاستدلال النّحويّ ، لكنّهم يختلفون في بعض الجزئيّات التي لا تؤثّر في المنهج العامّ . وبعض هذه الأصول كانت معالمها واضحة منذ نشأة الدّرس النّحويّ كالسّماع والقياس ، وبعضها الآخر لم تُكشف إلا بعد مدّة من الزّمن ، ونقصد بذلك استصحاب الحال . يكشف هذا المقال عن مفهوم استصحاب الحال في الدّرس النّحويّ ، و مدى تمسُّك النحويّين العرب قديما و حديثا به دليلا إزاء غيره من الأدلّة النّحويّة كما يُشير البحث إلى علاقة علم أصول النّحو بعلم أصول الفقه ، نظرا للتّداخل الحاصل بينهما في بعض الجوانب . Abstract: The Arab grammarians agree on the existence of general principles to refer to in the process of grammatical inference. However, they differ in some details that do not affect the general curriculum. Some of these principles have been clear since the inception of the grammar lesson, such as listening and analogy. And some others were not revealed beyond a period of time. This article reveals the accompanying case in the grammatical lesson and the extent to which the Arabs, in the past and present, adhere to it as evidence against other grammatical evidence. The research also indicates the relationship of the science of the principles of grammar to the science of the principles of jurisprudence due to the overlap between them in some aspects | en_US |
