| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على الجهود التي بُذلت منذ عشرات السنين، من طرف الباحثين في مجال علم النفس، والتي انصبت حول الكشف عن ماهية الذكاء ودوره في تحقيق النجاح في حياة الإنسان؛ وصولا إلى أن مفهوم الذكاء الإنفعالي يجمع بين ما هو عقلي معرفي وبين ما هو انفعالي اجتماعي، هذا التقارب التاريخي بين جانبين من شخصية الإنسان لم يحصل إلا في تسعينيات القرن العشرين، حيث كُلِّلت مجهودات وأبحاث العلماء طول عشرات السنين بدء من أعمال ثورندايك(1920) أين أشار إلى ما يسمى بالذكاء الاجتماعي؛ بصياغة أحدث نظرية للذكاء الإنساني، وهو الذكاء الانفعالي من طرف الباحثين ماير وسالوفي (1990)، المفهوم الذي أحدث ثورة في الأوساط العلمية والعامة؛ كونه كما وُصف مفتاح النجاح في الحياة لدرجة تعدد النظريات أو النماذج التي فسّرت هذا المفهوم إلا أنها تنصب كلها في إطار فهم أكثر للنفس والسلوك الإنساني .This article aims to shed light on the efforts that have been made for decades by many researchers, which focused on the detection of intelligence and its role in achieving success in human life; The concept of emotional intelligence combines what is cognitive and what is social-emotional.
