dc.description.abstractRésumé: MASeCl3 est un matériau sans plomb prometteur pour l'application de cellules solaires. Dans ce travail, l'étudiant doit simuler une cellule solaire basée sur le matériau mentionné ci-dessus dans le but d'améliorer l'efficacité en utilisant des matériaux ETL et HTL déférents et des paramètres d'ingénierie. Mots clés: Cellule solaire, sans plomb, MASeCl3, HTL, ETL. Abstract: MASeCl3 is a promising lead free material for solar cell application.
