الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى اساتذة المدارس الابتدائية

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية،ولقد تمت وفق المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لتناسبه مع موضوع الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا لجمع البيانات استمارة الاحتراق النفسي لبوبكر دبابي، ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي لـأحمد بالبقرة، إذ طبقا على عينة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة شملت 89 أستاذ وأستاذة بتسع ابتدائيات ببلدية الرقيبة ،أما عن الأساليب الإحصائية فقد كان اختبار)ت( ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون هما الأسلوبان المناسبان . ولقد أسفرت الدراسة على جملة من النتائج نذكرها كما يلي: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي بين أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس)ذكر/ أنثى(. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي بين أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس)ذكر/ أنثى( - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي بين أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية)أعزب/ متزوج(. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي بين أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية)أعزب/ متزوج(. . Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية Study Summary: This study aimed to reveal the relationship betueen psychological burnout burning and job performance for primary school teachers, This study was carried out according to the descriptive Relational descriptive approach because it suits the topic of the study,to achieve the study objectives we used to collect data on the psychological combustion questionnaire form of BoubakerDebabi and job performance measure of Ahmed belbaguera as according to a sample that was chosen in a simphe random way thateinchuded 89 teachersmabe and female at nine 9 primary schools in municipality of reguiba.As for statistical methods test ' c ' and the pearson correlation were the approprpriate methods. The study had many results which we mention as follow: -there is a fundamental relationship between psycgological combustion job performance for primary school teachers. -ther are no statically significantdifferences in of psychological combustion among primary schgool teachers according to the gender variable (male / female) high-low. -ther are no statically significantdifferences in of job performance among primary schgool teachers according to the gender variable (male / female) -ther are no statically significantdifferences in of psychological combustion among primary schgool teachers according to the marital status variable (single / maried) - ther are no statically significantdifferences in of job performance among primary schgool teachers according to the marital status variable (single / maried)
