فاعلية خطة تربوية فردية للتحسين من صعوبات القراءة لدى تلميذ السنة رابعة إبتدائي

Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد فعالية إعداد خطة تربوية فردية من أجل تقليل صعوبات القراءة لدى تلميذ في السنة الرابعة ابتدائي يعاني من ضعف في مهارات القراءة. وُضع هذا التلميذ تحت الملاحظة المباشرة، حيث تم تسجيل كافة المعلومات والملاحظات باستخدام تقنية "دراسة الحالة"، وتم إجراء اختبارات تشخيصية لتحديد مستواه.

بناءً على نتائج هذه الاختبارات، تم تحديد قدراته في القراءة واختيار الحلول التربوية المناسبة لتحسين مهاراته. وبعد تقييم الحالة، تم اقتراح خطة تربوية طويلة المدى، بدعم من وسائل تنفيذ البرنامج، وتحت إشراف فريق عمل تم توزيع المهام فيه على كل عضو.

نتائج الدراسة كانت كما يلي: تُعدّ الخطة التربوية الفردية وسيلة فعالة جدًا لتطوير وتحسين مهارات القراءة لدى التلاميذ الذين يعانون من صعوبات في التعلم، كونها تعتمد على التشخيص والتقويم، مع تحديد أهداف وخطط دقيقة يتم اختيارها بمشاركة الأفراد الأكثر تأثيرًا في الحياة المدرسية للمتعلم.

بالنسبة للمعلم ومدير المدرسة، تُعتبر هذه الخطة التربوية أفضل طريقة لتنفيذ البرامج الدراسية وترسيخ المعارف لدى التلميذ الذي يعاني من صعوبات في القراءة.

بالنسبة للعائلة، فإن مشاركة الأم في تنفيذ الخطة التربوية تُعد عنصرًا أساسيًا لضمان استمرارية التعلم وفعاليته بالنسبة لهذا التلميذ. The objective of this study is to identify the effectiveness of designing an individualized educational plan to reduce reading difficulties in a 4th-grade primary school student who suffers from weaknesses in reading skills. The student was placed under direct observation using the case study technique, where all relevant information and observations were recorded, and diagnostic tests were conducted.

Based on the results, the student's reading abilities were assessed, and appropriate pedagogical solutions were selected to enhance these skills. Following the evaluation, a long-term educational plan was proposed with the support of appropriate tools to implement the program, under the supervision of a team in which each member was assigned a specific task.

The results of the study were as follows: The individualized educational plan is a highly effective tool for developing and improving reading skills in students with learning difficulties. It is based on diagnosis and evaluation, with clearly defined goals and strategies, chosen collaboratively by those most involved in the student's school life.

For the teacher and school principal, this individualized plan is considered the best method for implementing academic programs and reinforcing knowledge for students facing reading difficulties.

For the family, the mother’s participation in the plan is a crucial element to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the child’s learning process.
