تأثير الإتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس على معتقدات الأساتذة حول التعامل مع الرياضيات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير الإتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس على معتقدات الأساتذة حول التعامل مع الرياضيات (حل المسائل الرياضية، الإستدال الرياضي، التواصل الرياضي). استخدمت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم لجمع النتائج من الميدان مقياس معتقدات معلمي الرياضيات حول حل المسائل والاستدلال والتواصل، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس. على عينة (134) أستاذ وأستاذة لمادة الرياضيات لمرحلتي التعليم المتوسط والتعليم الثانوي بولاية الجزائر لسنة الدّراسية 2018/ 2019. حيث خلصت الدراسة أنّ ما يحمله الأساتذة من اتجاهات إيجابية نحو مهنة التدريس يؤثر على معتقداتهم حول التعامل مع الرياضيات خاصة من بعدي حل المسائل والاستدلال. في حين توصلت إلى أنّ معتقدات الأساتذة حول التعامل مع الرياضيات لم تتأثر بالمرحلة التي يدرسونها وجنس الأساتذة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of the trend towards the teaching profession on teachers' beliefs about dealing with mathematics (solving mathematical problems, mathematical inference, and mathematical communication). The study used the descriptive method, was also used to collect results from the field. A measure of mathematics teachers' beliefs about solving, inference, and communication, and A measure of direction towards the teaching profession. On a sample of (134) male and female professors of mathematics for the intermediate and secondary education stages in the state of Algeria for the academic year 2018/2019. The study concluded that the positive attitudes that teachers hold towards the teaching profession affect their beliefs about dealing with mathematics, especially from the dimensions of problem solving and reasoning. While I found that the teachers' beliefs about dealing with mathematics were not affected by the stage they study and the gender of the professors.
