Abstract

تهدفالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىأهمالمفاهیمالمتعلقةبالتكوينالمهنيوالمقاولاتیةوالأساليبالتيقامتبهاالدولةالجزائريةفيسبيلدعمالشبابفيإطارالمقاولاتيةالتيمنشأنهاتقومبتفعيلالفكرالمقاولاتیلدىالشبابالمتكونلتوجیهسلوكهنحوإنشاءالمشاریعالصغیرةعندالتخرج. حیثتمالاعتمادعلىالمنهجالوصفيالتحلیليالذيیخدمالجانبالنظريللدراسة،وعلىدراسة الحالةفيالجانبالتطبیقي،كماتماختیارعینةمنشبابالتكوينالمهنيبالوادي،مكونةمن 117 شابوشابةمتكون،وتمتحلیلالاستبیانإحصائیابالاعتمادعلىبرنامج 22spss . وكانتأهمالنتائجالمتوصلإلیهاأنهیمكنتفعيلفكرالمقاولاتیةلدىشبابالتكوينالمهنيبالواديبالاعتمادعلىمقوماتشخصیةوأخرىبیئیةمحیطةبالشباب،وهذایستدعيضرورةالتعدیلوالدعمفيمختلفالمقوماتسواءالشخصیةالمتعلقةبالشبابأوتلكالبیئیةالمحیطةبه The study aims to identify the most important concepts related to vocational and organizational training and the methods used by the Algerian state to support young people in the framework of entrepreneurship, which will activate the entrepreneurial thinking among young people formed to guide his behavior towards the establishment of small projects upon graduation. Where the descriptive descriptive approach that serves the theoretical side of the study was used, and on a study In addition, a sample of the vocational training youth in the valley was selected, consisting of 117 young men and women. The questionnaire was analyzed statistically using 22 spss programs. The most important findings were that it is possible to activate the idea of entrepreneurship in the youth of vocational training in the valley based on personal and environmental factors surrounding the youth. This requires the need for amendment and support in the various components, both personal and youth related to the surrounding environment
