| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البرمجة الخطية في العملية الإنتاجية دراسة حالة ملبنة "BM" بالوادي, حيث تمت الدراسة على مستوى قسم الإنتاج بالمؤسسة, واعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من خلال إبراز مختلف الجوانب النظرية لإدارة الإنتاج والبرمجة الخطية والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي من خلال تحليل مختلف المعطيات المتعلقة بالبرمجة الخطية وإدارة الإنتاج بالمؤسسة في تحليل المعطيات المتحصل عليها من المؤسسة محل الدراسة من خلال الطريقة البيانية وطريقة simplex (السمبلاكس) واستعنا ببرنامج Win QSB في حل نموذج simplex (السمبلاكس), وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج تمثلت في: تعمل البرمجة الخطية على تحقيق الأهداف بأقل التكاليف وبأقل وقت ممكن في ظل الاستغلال الأمثل الموارد المتاحة, اعتماد البرمجة الخطية يسمح لمتخذي القرار لمعالجة المشاكل الإدارية وتحقيق أكبر عائد ممكن. The aim of this study is to high light the role of linear programming in the production process. The study case of dairy BM in ELOUED, where the study was done at the level of the production department in the institution. We adopted the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect by highlighting the various theoretical aspects of production management and linear programming and analytical method in the applied side of In the analysis of the various data related to linear programming and production management in the institution in the analysis of data obtained from the institution studied through the method of and the of simplex and using the program Win QSB in the solution model Simplex, and we reached through this study The linear programming aimed to achieve the objectives with the lowest costs and with the minimum possible time.
