| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمقاولين والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ظل انتشار كورونا، اذ قمنا بدراسة قياسية على عينة مكونة من 42 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة في ولاية الوادي، من خلال توزيع استبيان عليهم، ثم معالجة المعطيات التي تحصلنا عليها باستخدام برنامج spss v25 وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن دمج برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية تشمل الأبعاد الأساسية وهي: البعد الاقتصادي، البعد القانوني، البعد الاجتماعي، البعد البيئي، البعد الأخلاقي.كما توصلت إلى أن المقاولين والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تطبق أبعاد للمسؤولية الاجتماعية.This study aimed to identify the reality of the social responsibility of contractors and small and medium enterprises in light of the spread of Covid crisis. The study concluded that the integration of social responsibility programs includes the basic dimensions: the economic dimension، the legal dimension، the social dimension، the environmental dimension، and the ethical dimension. It also found that contractors and small and medium enterprises apply dimensions of social responsibility. | en_US |
