درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية العليا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية العليا في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالجمهورية اليمنية للشفافية الإدارية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستبانة تكونت من(30) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من (206) موظف، (94) مدير إدارة و(112) رئيس قسم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية العليا في وزارة التربية والتعليم للشفافية الإدارية كانت (ضعيفة) على مستوى الأداة ككل وعلى مستوى كل مجال من مجالات الدراسة ماعدا مجال(شفافية الاتصال) والذي كانت درجة الممارسة فيه(متوسطة). كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير(الجنس)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بقية المتغيرات(المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). The aim of the study was to identify the degree of practice of the senior administrative leaders in the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen for administrative transparency. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the survey descriptive method, he also used a questionnaire consisting of(30) items divided into five fields, it has been confirmed its validity and reliability. The sample of the study consisted of(206) employees, (94) managers and(112) heads of departments. The study found that the degree of practice of the senior administrative leaders in the Ministry of Education for administrative transparency was(weak) at the level of the tool and at the level of each field of study, except for the field of(communication transparency), which was(Medium). The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of(0.05) between the responses of the sample members due to(the gender) variable and the presence of significant differences in the other variables(job description, academic qualification, years of experience).
