آليات حماية المستهلك في القانون الجزائري

Abstract

يعتبر موضوع حماية المستهلك من أهم المواضيع التي تؤرق أفكار الباحثين وعلماء القانون والاقتصاد مما دفع التشريعات للاهتمام به وذلك بوضع نصوص قانونية تحمي المستهلك من جهة وتعاقب من يخالفها من جهة أخرى. والمشرع الجزائري لم يتناول هذا الموضوع الا مؤخرا بانتهاجه نظام الاقتصاد الحر في ظل الحركية التي يشهدها السوق من سلع وخدمات محلية ومستوردة التي أدت ببعض الأسواق إلى اللجوء لعمليات احتيال وغش تجاري تصيب مصالح المستهلك المادية والشخصية The issue of consumer protection is one of the most important topics that trouble the ideas of researchers, legal scholars and economists, which prompted legislation to pay attention to it by developing legal texts that protect the consumer on the one hand and punish those who violate them on the other. The Algerian legislator did not address this issue until recently by adopting a free economy system in light of the movement witnessed by the market in terms of local and imported goods and services, which led some markets to resort to fraud and commercial fraud that affect the material and personal interests of the consumer.
