القيادة الإدارية ودورها في حل الأزمات داخل المؤسسة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : في جيلنا الحالي تعتبر القيادة إحدى أهم العوامل التي تساهم في تحقيق أهداف المنظمات ، فهي تعتمد على التكامل والتوجيه والالتزام والتحفيز وذلك من أجل خلق التوازن بينها وبين العاملين من جهة ومن جهة أخرى التصدي للأزمات ومواجهتها من أجل الاستمرار والبقاء وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة ،وكل ما سبق يتحقق بوجود قائد لديه الصفات والمهارات الكاملة لتحقيق ذلك . تطرقت العديد من الدراسات لموضوع القيادة ودورها في العديد من المجالات خاصة مجال إدارة الأزمات ، وسننضم لهاته الدراسات بدراستنا الراهنة التي حاولنا من خلالها معالجة الدور الذي تلعبه القيادة في إدارة الأزمات داخل المؤسسة، حيث حاولنا تشخيص عملية القيادة في علاقتها بإدارة الأزمات تشخيصا واقعيا من خلال الدراسة التي أجريناها في المؤسسة الإستشفائية (الأم والطفل ) بن ناصر البشير بالوادي ، وجسدنا ذلك في الدراسة التي عرضناها في خمسة فصول تضمن كل فصل قسما مهما سواء في جانبه الإجرائي أو في جانبه النظري أو في جانبه التحليلي . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، و تم اختيار 30 فرد في مجتمع البحث كعينة دراستنا ، وكانت الاستمارة هي الأداة الأكثر اعتمادا في جمع البيانات إلى جانب أدوات أخرى منها المقابلة والملاحظة والسجلات والوثائق . كما استخدمت الدراسة الأسلوب الكمي والكيفي، وقد استخدامنا هذا الأسلوب لتحقق من صدق الفرضيات التي كانت منطلقا لبحثنا ، وبالتالي وصلنا إلى تحقيق الهدف من الدراسة والتي أكدت على الدور الذي تلعبه القيادة في إدارة الأزمات داخل المؤسسة.

In our current generation, leadership is one of the most important factors that contribute to achieving the goals of organizations , It depends on integration, direction, commitment and motivation in order to create a balance between them and the workers on the one hand, and on the other hand, addressing and confronting crises in order to survive and achieve the goals of the institution. The full qualities and skills to achieve this. Many studies have addressed the issue of leadership and its role in many fields, especially the field of crisis management. We will join these studies with our current study, through which we tried to address the role that leadership plays in crisis management within the organization, where we tried to diagnose the process of leadership in its relationship to crisis management. A realistic diagnosis through the study that we conducted in the hospital institution (mother and child) bin Nasser Al-Bashir in ELOued We presented our study in five chapters. Each chapter included an important section, whether in its procedural aspect, its theoretical aspect, or its analytical aspect. This study goes under the descriptive analytical method , and 30 individuals were selected in the research community as our study sample, and the Survey was the most reliable tool In collecting data, as well as other tools, including interview, observation, records and documents. The study also used the quantitative and qualitative method, and we used this method to verify the validity of the hypotheses that were the basis for our research, in the end we reached the goal of the study, which emphasized the role that leadership plays in crisis management within the institution.
