معوقات تحقيق جودة التعليم بالجزائر

Abstract

جاء هذا المقال عبارة عن دراسة سوسيوتربوية تهدف إلى التعرف على مختلف معيقات تحقيق جودة التعليم بالجزائر ، في استجلاء واستنطاق واقعي لراهن المدرسة الجزائرية من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. لقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى تأكيد وجود معوقات امام تحقيق جودة التعليم بالجزائر، فالبعض منها تعلق بالمعيقات البشرية (المعلم والمتعلم)، والمعيقات المادية، فالبيداغوجية. هذه المعيقات وغيرها كثير يحد من فعالية المدرسة الجزائرية، هذه الاخيرة التي تسعى جاهدة إلى تحقيق الجودة التعليم. Abstract: This article is a socio-educational study aimed at identifying the different obstacles to achieving quality of education in Algeria, through conducting a field study on a sample of secondary school teachers. This study has confirmed its existence, some of which are related to human obstacles (teacher and student), and physical obstacles, also the pedagogy obstacles. All of these obstacles and many others limit the effectiveness of the Algerian school, the latter which strives to achieve quality in education.
