Abstract

" تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التسهيلات الجمركية في تطوير أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية ، اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمنا كل من الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات حاولنا التماشي مع عدد الاستمارات بهدف الوصول إلى نسبة مقبولة تعكس رؤى مجتمع الدراسة كما حاولنا التوفيق بين حجم العينة مهنيين ومسيري مؤسسات اقتصادية واعتمدنا في توصيل استمارة الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة والتسليم مباشرة قمنا بتوزيع 48 استمارة لتحصيل أكبر نسبة تمثيل ممكنة وقد تم تحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS25)) باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية، في الـأخير توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - وجود أثر مهم ومباشر للتسهيلات الجمركية على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية - تنمية وتعميق التفاهم بين الادارة الجمركية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية فيما يتعلق بالتسهيلات الجمركية - تعمل المؤسسات الاقتصادية على تطوير منتجاتها وفق التسهيلات الجمركية - من الضروري مواكبة التطورات الدولية في مجال الجمركة " "The study aims to know the role of customs facilities in developing the performance of economic institutions. In the study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach. We used each of the questionnaires as a tool for collecting information. We tried to match the number of questionnaires in order to reach an acceptable percentage that reflects the visions of the study community. We also tried to reconcile the sample size, professionals and managers of institutions. We relied on delivering the questionnaire form to the study sample and delivering it directly. We distributed 48 forms to collect the largest possible representation. The results were analyzed based on the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS25) program, using a set of statistical tools and methods. In the end, we reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - There is an important and direct impact of customs facilitation on the performance of economic institutions Developing and deepening understanding between the customs administration and economic institutions with regard to customs facilities - Economic institutions work to develop their products according to customs facilities - It is necessary to keep abreast of international developments in the field of customs"
