Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the phenomenon of food poisoning
in the state of the valley, especially after its recent widespread spread,
identify the real causes of this phenomenon, and provide some advice and
guidance to citizens who have acquired negative behaviors about his diet.
According to 2022 statistics, the entire population of Wadi State was
about 694,090, and in this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical
approach as the most appropriate approach for this type of study.
The results of this study have shown that the real causes that directly
contributed to the occurrence of food poisoning in the Valley El-oued can be
limited to:
❖ The perceived rise in temperature is one of the causes of food
poisoning in the Valley El-oued.
❖ The phenomenon of flies in the fall is one of the causes of the spread
of food poisoning in the valley El-oued.
❖ The lack of consumer culture has contributed to the phenomenon of
food poisoning in the valley El-oued.
❖ The Corona pandemic is one of the causes of the decline in food
poisonings in the Valley El-oued.
Finally, this study culminated in a series of measures to be adhered to
reduce the phenomenon of food poisoning in the Valley El-oued.
