أثر تدهور قيمة الدينار على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري للفترة ما بين 2000م-2020م

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر تدهور قيمة الدينار على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري، وهذا في ظل التدهور المستمر للدولار وسياسة تخفيض العملة التي اتبعتها الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار خاصية قطاع التجارة الجزائري الذي يتميز بكون صادراته تعتمد على المحروقات والمقومة بالدولار الأمريكي وحوالي ثلثي وارداته مصدرها الاتحاد الأوربي والمسعرة بالأورو إذ يكلفها ذلك تكلفة الفوارق بين العملات. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن سياسة التخفيض المتبعة في الجزائر لم تكن فعالة في تصحيح الاختلال في ميزان المدفوعات، وهذا راجع إلى طبيعة الاقتصاد الوطني الذي يرتكز على المحروقات. الكلمات المفتاحية: سعر الصرف، الصادرات، الواردات، ميزان المدفوعات. " "This study aims to find out the impact of the deterioration of the value of the dinar on the Algerian balance of payments, and this is in light of the continuous deterioration of the dollar and the policy of devaluation followed by Algeria recently, taking into account the characteristics of the Algerian trade sector, which is characterized by the fact that its exports depend on hydrocarbons denominated in US dollars and about two thirds of its imports come from the European Union and priced in euros, as it costs the cost of differences between currencies. This study found that the reduction policy adopted in Algeria was not effective in correcting the imbalance in the balance of payments, and this is due to the nature of the national economy, which is based on hydrocarbons.
