الحديث غير المحفوظ ودلالته عند الترمذي في جامعه - دراسة نماذج مختارة –

Abstract

سعيت من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة بالعنوان "الحديث غير المحفوظ ودلالته عند الترمذي في جامعه" إلى معرفة دلالة الحديث غير المحفوظ التي أوردها أبو عيسى محمد بن عيسى الترمذي في كتابه "الجامع المختصر من السنن عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم و معرفة الصحيح والمعلول وما عليه العمل"، حيث جمعت نماذج من أحاديث حكم عليها الترمذي بأنها غير محفوظة، ودرستها دراسة حديثية، من خلال تخريجها التخريج الموسع، وتخريج ما يقابلها – وهو المحفوظ -، وجمع كلمات الأئمة النقاد في الحكم عليها، ومقارنة ذلك بكلام الإمام الترمذي، للخلوص في الأخير إلى الدلالة الدقيقة لهذا المصطلح لدى الترمذي. This study titled “The Unpreserved Hadith and its indication according to Al-Tirmidhi in his Jami’،” aims to know the significance of the Unpreserved Hadith mentioned by Abu Issa Muhammad bin Issa Al-Tirmidhi in his book “Al-Jami’ Al-Mukhtasar Min Al-Sunan on the Messenger of Allah،may Allah bless him and grant him peace، and knowing what is correct،what is false، and what to work on.” I collected examples of hadiths that Al-Tirmidhi ruled as not preserved، and I studied them in a modern study، by grading them in an expanded manner، and grading what corresponds to them – which is preserved -، and collecting the words of the critical imams in judging them، and comparing that with the words of Imam Al-Tirmidhi، to be clear in the matter.
