العوامل المؤدية لحــــوادث العـمـل وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: إن هذه الدراسة تأتي في إطار الكشف وتوضيح حقيقة العلاقة الموجودة بين العوامل المؤدية لحوادث العمل والأداء الوظيفي، حيث قمت بجمع ما أمكن من المعلومات حول متغيري الدراسة "العوامل المؤدية لحوادث العمل والأداء الوظيفي" وكان هذا يشكل الجانب النظري من البحث، ولاستكمال الجانب التطبيقي قمت بإجراء دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب بحاسي مسعود، وتحديدا بورشتي التنقيب واعادة الحفر، وكان مجتمع الد ارسة يقدر بـ: 198عامل تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية ممثلة لهذا المجتمع تتكون من 40فردا، إذ قمنا بتوزيع أداة جمع البيانات وهي عبارة عن استبيان تضمن 42عبارة قسمت على محورين أساسيين. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين المتغير المستقل وهو العوامل المؤدية لحوادث العمل والمتغير التابع وهو الأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، من خلال عدة عوامل خارجة عن إرادة العامل وأخرى قد يكون فيها العامل السبب الرئيسي بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة في الحد والتقليل من هذه الآفة والتي تؤثر بشكل كبير في المستوى الأدائي للعامل.د ABSTRACT This study comes within the framework of revealing and clarifying the reality of the relationship between factors leading to work accidents and job performance. The researcher collected all possible support about the variables of the study "factors leading to work accidents and job performance". This was the theoretical side of the research. To complete the applied side, Field in the National Corporation for Exploration in Hassi Masoud, specifically in the two workshops exploration drilling and re-drilling, and the study community was estimated at: 198 workers the sample was selected in a deliberate, representative way. This group consisted of 40 people. We distributed the data collection tool, which is a questionnaire that included 42 statements divided into two main axes. The study concludedthat there is a strong correlation between the independent variable, the factors leading to work accidents and the dependent variable, namely, the job performance of the employees of the institution under study, through several factors outside the management of the worker and in which the worker may be the main reason despite efforts to limit and reduce This lesion has been significantly affected by the worker's level of performance
