Contribution à l’étude d’application des extraits végétaux aqueux celui de Ruta chalepensis L Peganum harmala L

Abstract

The evaluation of natural resources, in particular the wealth of plant and their integration in the field of agricultural system of our country, is a strategic priority in order to reduce the expenses on the factors of production, especially in the health protection of crops and the import of agricultural pesticides with hard currency. Our research confirms the results obtained in the field of significant influence of water plant extracts of the studied species (Ruta chalepensis L, Peganum harmala L , Nerium oleander

L and

Lantana camara L) against the Boufaroua which considered as one of the most dangerous pests on the date fruits. The different experiments were conducted both in field and in the laboratory.

The obtained results showed highly toxic of the water extracts of Ruta chalepensis and Peganum harmala their impact on the mobile forms of spider Boufaroua, by that various concentrations and the full chronology programmed timing of the observations. We have recorded the most important data: DL50 of approximately 2.77 g / l for the extracts of Ruta chalepensis and Peganum harmala. The treatment with the four extracts of the high concentration on the palm clusters infected by colonies of spider has shown good results in terms of reducing the incidence of these lesions after 24 hours.
