مظاهر التعليم الرقمي و فاعليته في المرحلة الابتدائية بولاية الوادي دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

شهدت المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر خلال الآونة الأخيرة تحولا ملحوظاً مثل دمج الوسائل التكنولوجية التعليمية الحديثة في العملية التربوية، ومن أبرز هذه الوسائل الألواح الرقمية، التي أصبحت أداة فعالة لدعم التعلم وتحفيز التفاعل داخل الأقسام، ويعد هذا التوجه جزءاً من استراتيجية وطنية تهدف إلى تحسين جودة التعليم ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية التعليمية العالمية. فجاء هذا البحث الموسوم ب: مظاهر التعليم الرقمي وفاعليته في المرحلة الابتدائية بولاية الوادي -دراسة ميدانية، في محاولة للإجابة عن التساؤلات المطروحة من قبل الأسرة التربوية حول مدى نجاعة هذه الاستراتيجية الحديثة، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي كأداة للدراسة، وقد أظهرت النتائج في نهايتها وجود عدة عراقيل، من بينها نقص في البنية التحتية لمعظم المدارس الابتدائية، بالإضافة إلى تحديات تعيق تحقيق الفاعلية المرجوة من التعليم الرقمي وذلك بسبب عدم الاستغلال الأمثل لإمكانات اللوح الإلكتروني داخل الأقسام في المدرسة الابتدائية.

Summary : The Algerian educational system has recently witnessed a remarkable shift towards integrating modern educational technology into the educational process. One of the most prominent of these tools is digital tablets, which have become an effective tool for supporting learning and stimulating interaction within classrooms. This trend is part of a national strategy aimed at improving the quality of education and keeping pace with global educational technological developments. This research, entitled: "Aspects of Digital Education and Its Effectiveness in the Primary Stage in El Oued Province: A Field Study," attempts to answer questions raised by the educational community about the effectiveness of this modern strategy. The descriptive approach was used as the study tool. The results ultimately revealed several obstacles, including a lack of infrastructure in most primary schools, in addition to challenges hindering the achievement of the desired effectiveness of digital education due to the lack of optimal utilization of the capabilities of the electronic tablet within classrooms in particular and primary schools in general.
