Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تقدير الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بورقلة، وقد شملت الدراسة 440 معلما ومعلمة من مجموع 1096، أي ما نسبته 40% من المجموع الكلي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تطبيق استمارة لجمع المعلومات، وهي استمارة تقدير الذات من إعداد الباحث والتي اشتملت على أربعة أبعاد وهي البعد الجسمي، والأكاديمي، الاجتماعي والشخصي، وانطلقت الدراسة من الفرضية الآتية: هناك مستوى مرتفع لتقدير الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة ورقلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من تقدير الذات لدى غالبية المعلمين حيث بلغت نسبتهم 95.49 % وهي النتيجة التي اتفقت مع العديد من الدراسات الغربية منها خاصة، وفي الأخير ختمت الدراسة ببعض المقترحات. researcher، which included four dimensions of a physical dimension، academic، social and personal
and began the study of the following hypothesis: There is a high level of self-esteem among primary
teachers in Ouargla.
The study found a high level of self-esteem of the majority of teachers and some level they
have accounted for 95.49%, a result that agreed with many of the studies, especially Western ones, and
in the latter study concluded with some proposals.
