Abstract

"ملخص: في السنوات الأخيرة وبالموازاة مع انتهاج الجزائر لنظام اقتصاد السوق والتوقيع على اتفاقية الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوربي، والمفاوضات الجارية مع المنظمة العالمية للتجار ة لمحاولة الانضمام إليها، أدى بالمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية إلى إدراك أن الجودة والحصول على شهادة الايزو ليست مجرد خيار بل هي ضرورة وحتمية للمنافسة والبقاء في السوق، مما جعل العديد من المؤسسات تطبق نظام إدارة الجودة وتحصل على شهادة الايزو. لذا سنحاول في هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤال الآتي: ما هو واقع تأهيل المؤسسات الجزائرية للحصول على شهادة الايزو؟ وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي لوصف ظاهرة التقييس والمعايير والمواصفات العالمية للتقييس، والمؤسسات المعتمدة للتأهيل ومنح شهادات الاعتماد والمطابقة، واعتمدنا أيضا على المنهج التحليلي بهدف قياس معرفة العلاقة بين تأهيل المؤسسات للحصول على شهادات الإيزو ومدى تبني تلك المؤسسات لمعايير ومواصفات التقييس العالمية. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon of standardization and international standards and specifications for standardization, and accredited institutions for qualification and granting certificates of accreditation and conformity, We also relied on the analytical approach in order to measure the relationship between the qualification of institutions to obtain ISO certificates and the extent to which those institutions adopt international standards and specifications.
