| dc.description.abstract | Résumé : This study focused on the topic of organizational change and its role in improving the performance of employees, through a field study in the municipality of Al-Rabah, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, 50 questionnaires were distributed in the municipality under study and 45 questionnaires were retrieved from them. We also used the interview and observation methods whenever we had the opportunity. The population of the study was represented by all workers in the municipality of Al-Rabah in the valley, and after collecting the data, it was analyzed after calculating the frequencies and ratios, as the study reached the following results: - The change applied in Al-Rabah municipality is a partial change represented in technological development and change in the organizational structure. - The technological capabilities such as automated information and software owned by the municipality are highly efficient for the success of the organizational change process in improving performance. - Flexible organizational structure helps the organizational change process in improving employee performance | |
