Abstract

Study summary in English: Title of the study: “The role of Koranic education in the academic success of students” - a field study in primary schools in the municipality of SidiOmran in the state of Al-Mughayyir. This study aimed to uncover the real role that education in the Qur'an plays in developing aspects of student achievement. In order to achieve this goal, we used the descriptive analytical method, and the study sample consisted of 50 Arabic language teachers studying in the elementary schools of the municipality mentioned above. In order to collect information, we relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for research and observation. We have focused on the following areas: The first axis: Koranic education and the cognitive aspect of the student The second axis: Koranic education and the competence side of the student. The third axis: Koranic education and the emotional side. The questions in the questionnaire revolved around these topics and the aspects they understood. This study led to the following results: 1 - Koranic education plays a role in the development of the cognitive aspect of the pupil. 2 - Koranic education plays a role in the development of the student's skills. 3- Koranic education plays a role in the formation of the emotional side of the student
