الرفاهية النفسية وعلاقتها بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى متمهنات فروع مربية الطفولة الأولى التابعة لقطاع التكوين المهني

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الرفاهية النفسية والدافعية للإنجاز لدى متمهنات فروع مربية الطفولة الأولى التابعة لقطاع التكوين المهني بولاية الوادي، طﹸرحت من خلالها جملة من التساؤلات والفرضيات لتبيان ذلك. وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي باستخدام أداتين لجمع البيانات هما: مقياس الرفاهية النفسية لشند سميرة وآخرون(2013)، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لعبد اللطيف محمد خليفة (2006). حيث أُجريت الدراسة خلال السداسي الثاني من السنة التكوينية 2022/2023 (شهري مارس وأفريل) على متمهنات فروع مربية الطفولة الأولى اللواتي أُخترن بطريقة قصدية، عن طريق الحصر الشامل(تم أخذ جميع مفردات مجتمع الدراسة) البالغ عددهن (181)متمهنة، وتم اجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية على عينة منهن قوامها(40) متمهنة و(10) متمهنات من فرع أمانة المديرية، وبعد تفريغ البيانات المتحصل عليها من أدوات الدراسة الأساسيةوإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لها عن طريق برنامج(spss )اسفرت نتائج الدراسة على: ـــ وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الرفاهية النفسية والدافعية للإنجاز لدى افراد مجتمع الدراسة. ــــ تتمتع متمهنات مربية الطفولة الأولى بمستوى مرتفع على مقياس الرفاهية النفسية. ــــ تتمتع متمهنات مربية الطفولة الأولى بمستوى مرتفع على مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز. ــــ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات درجات الرفاهية النفسية لدى افراد مجتمع الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤسسة التكوينية (معهد/مركز). ـــ توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات درجات الدافعية للإنجاز لدى افراد مجتمع الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤسسة المستخدمة (روضة /قسم تحضيري). Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the relationship between psychological well-being and motivation for achievement among female apprentices of the first childhood nanny branches affiliated to the professional formation sector inEl-Oued, through which a number of questions and hypotheses were raised to clarify that. Toverify the hypotheses of the study, the descriptive correlational approach was relied upon using two data collection tools: the measure of psychological well-being by Shend Samira and others (2013), and the measure of motivation for achievement by Abdul Latif Mohammed Khalifa (2006). Where the study was conducted during the second semester of the formative year 2022/2023 (the months of March and April) on the female apprentices of the first childhood nanny branches who were chosen in an intentional manner, through a comprehensive enumeration (all the members of the study community were taken) of (181) apprentices, and the exploratory study was conducted On a sample of them consisting of (40) apprentices and (10) apprentices from the Directorate’s secretariat branch, and after emptying the data obtained from the basic study tools and conducting statistical treatment for them through the (spss) program, the results of the study resulted in the following: - There is a positive correlation between psychological well-being and motivation for achievement among members of the study population. _The first childhood nannyhave a high level on the measure of psychological well-being. _The first childhood nannyhave a high level on the measure of achievement motivation. _There are no statistically significant differences between the average degreesof psychological well-being among the members of the study population are attributed to the variable of the training institution (institute / center). - There are statistically significant differences between the average degreesof achievement motivation among the members of the studypopulationare attributed to the variableof the institution used (kindergarten / Preparatory section).
