Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء مقياس الضغوط النفسية المهنية لدى القابلات، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة وبعد الراجعة والتدقيق في تجميع الفقرات تم بناء الصورة الأولية للمقياس من(65) فقرة موزعة على بعدين (بعد نفسي- بعد بيئة العمل والذي يتفرع منه أربعة أبعاد فرعية: الخدمات- الزملاء-المرضى-المستلزمات الطبية) وفق سلم ليكرت الخماسي، وقد طبق المقياس على عينة مكونة من(40) قابلة. وبعد الانتهاء من جمع بيانات الدراسة وإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، تم التوصل إلى أن المقياس يتكون في صورته النهائية من (54) فقرة موزعة على بعدين، بخصائص سيكومترية مناسبة، إذ بلغت قيمة معامل الثبات(0.89)، كما تمتع المقياس بدلالات متعددة للصدق. The study aims to build a professional psychological stress among midwives scale, and to achieve

After the completion of the collection of survey data and perform statistical analyzes using the
Statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss), it was concluded that the measure consists in the
finalization of the (54) items distributed on two dimensions, the characteristics of psychometric
appropriate, as the value of reliability coefficient (0.89), and enjoy scale multiple connotations of
sincerity
